I decided a week ago that I needed to find a way to really hold myself accountable and be able to track the progress of my new weight lifting program I am trying. If you haven’t read already, I am following Jamie Eason’s LiveFit program with a goal to tone, sculpt, and really get my body into shape. This is the first time I have ever really done this sort of weigh lifting so it is a completely new world from the running one I am used to.
Without further adieu here are my before pictures:

There you have it! Please excuse messy post workout hair.
My measurements at the begging were:
Bust: 32
Waist: 26
Hips: 33
I really don’t know what to expect out of all of this, but I am really excited to start tracking it! I will try to take pictures every 2 weeks with a total update on my progress.
I have been sticking to my workouts consistently and working out 6 days a week so far. I really am working hard to make sure I stay consistent on my workouts.
The only worry that I am facing right now is our vacation that is coming up in about a week and a half. We are going to the beach for a week and I am not quite sure what the gym situation is going to be like. I am going to do my absolute best and try and alter anything I need to in order to stick to my schedule.
You can see today’s workout here.
Another awesome bathroom shot pre-workout.
I have a crazy strange injury going on right now. I wouldn’t really call it an injury because I am still able to workout, but I can’t straighten my left arm out. It is even a little swollen right beside my elbow. I have been stretching it like crazy and am going to be icing it as soon as I finish this post up, hopefully it will start to feel better because it kind of freaks me out.
Off to ice my arm and rest tonight. I am off tomorrow and have plans to take my car in to FINALLY get inspected and a good gym workout.
I just found your blog, bc we have the same name! I have tried the Jamie Eason Program, but I didnt follow the whole thing, but it really teaches you great workouts and techniques!
