I know I don’t normally do two posts on the weekend, but I owe you one last recipe using my Bob’s Red mill products. This one is so delicious!
Coconut flour was one of the first items I knew I wanted when I was given this opportunity. I’ve heard so many amazing things about it and I wanted to see what all the hype was about.
One thing you will learn about me eventually if I have a choice of chocolate I will always choose white chocolate.
I don’t know what it is but I just love it.
I decided to use what I had around the house so I ended up making White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies.

Looks great – sadly once again it is something I can’t due to my wife being allergic (pretty sure younger son is also, he just avoids all things coconut).
I think it is funny how even chocolate lovers really have their ‘go to’ chocolate. I am not a huge fan of white chocolate, my personal fave is just basic milk chocolate … so in terms of being a chocolate lover I am a ‘cheap date’ – just get me some Hershey’s and I am good to go. Gourmet stuff is wasted on me. 🙂
We are baking stuff for the marching band celebration banquet tomorrow. There will definitely be pictures 🙂
