Getting my food together each and every morning is quite the task. In fact, it started to become too much of a task that I’ve been doing my absolute best to get most it prepped the night before.
I typically eat breakfast, lunch, and 2 snacks while at work so I’ve got a few things to get ready each day. Thankfully, my husband gets free food at the hospital so I’m only prepping for one! Win!
The key I’ve found is finding a few go-to staples and then switching then up to keep from getting too bored with the same foods.
I was recently given the opportunity to try out Peanut Butter & Co’s Mighty Nut Powdered Peanut Butter.
To be honest, powdered peanut butter has been going around the social media and blogging world for a while. I’ve seen the craze, but always just passed it over. I love my peanut butter and have always used it as a great source of healthy fats.
When I saw this opportunity, I decided that I should at least give it a shot and see what all the hype was about.
What is Mighty Nut?
Peanut Butter & Co recently launched Mighty Nut, a new powdered peanut butter.
Each batch of Mighty Nut is created from quality USA grown peanuts. The peanuts are roasted and then pressed to remove a large amount of the fat. However, it still keeps the protein, fiber, and peanut butter taste.
There are endless possibilities for use of Mighty Nut and it comes in four different flavors:
- Original
- Vanilla
- Chocolate
- Flax & Chia
It has quickly become a staple in my lunch box each and every morning. Not only does it taste delicious, which was honestly a surprise to me, but it’s very easy to use on the go. All you need to do is add water and you’re ready!
Snacks for me have to be quick, easy, taste good, and healthy. If they don’t have some kind of health benefit, well then they probably aren’t the best to be taking to work.
Protein bars have always been a favorite of mine, but recently all the ones I usually eat have gotten boring or I’m just sick of them. I decided to try something different and make my own using Mighty Nut.
Please keep in mind, I’m not some great cook, but I do love quick and easy recipes that are easy to grab as I’m running out the door with 4 bags in my hands.
Thankfully, protein bars and bites are pretty simple to whip up no matter the ingredients you have.
Mighty Nut Powdered Peanut Butter Protein Bites
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Mighty Nut Powdered Peanut Butter (add water until thickness preference is achieved)
2 tbsp honey
1/3 cup steel cut oats
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients together
2. Roll into small “bites”
3. Enjoy!
These are super simple, and easy to make! In fact, they are great to make if you use a Sunday as your meal prep day and store great in the refrigerator.

Have you ever tried Powdered Peanut Butter?
What’s your favorite go to snack?
I love my peanut powder/flour! It’s so fun to bake with and make peanut sauces that aren’t killer in calories!
I haven’t ever tried it in powdered form, but I have seen it on the internet and been a little curious. I never thought about cooking with it — great idea!
