There are lots of products out on the market today. Pretty much everywhere you turn there is something new to try, but very rarely do you find something that is really unique.
I was recently given the opportunity to try out Nektar Naturals Honey Crystals. A product like none I have ever seen before. It’s quite ingenuous really! I love honey. I use it in my coffee, on bagels, and even on top of peanut butter to add an even sweeter kick. However, one of the more frustrating things about honey is that it can make quite a mess. There has been more than one occurrence when I attempted to bring it to work in my lunch bag in preparation for breakfast and it left me with a mess.
The great and unique thing about Nektar Naturals Honey Crystals it that they provide the same sweet taste of honey without all the mess.
What exactly are Nektar Naturals Honey Crystals?
Nektar Natural Honey Crystals are 100% all natural granulated honey cane sugar and honey. No preservatives are artificial sweeteners. Over the past few years I have really tried to make it a point to get away from unnatural sweeteners, and these offer an excellent solution!

How can you use honey crystals?
I’ll admit, in the beginning I was a little skeptical at how these would be. I love my honey and use it as a natural sweetener in so many different items, I didn’t know how well these would work.
I’ve tried the crystals out in:
- Coffee
- Smoothies
- Oatmeal
- Vegetables
- Greek Yogurt
As you can see they are very versatile and can provide delicious sweetness to just about anything you would add your traditional honey to.
