Running and Pregnancy
My journey of running through my first pregnancy.
It is important to note that I am not a physician and everything I am sharing is my personal experience. Please consult your Doctor before doing anything new. I discussed my running with my OBGYN at my first appointment and she was very encouraging of it.
When I first found out I was pregnant I immediately took to the internet to read as much as I could about pregnancy and running (of course!) I was surprised that I couldn’t find many people who really shared their running during pregnancy, or really much information at all about it. I made a decision right there to document my running during pregnancy and share as much as I could from start to finish.
That being said, you can find all the posts I did on the topic below along with my week by week (starting at week 14) running recaps. If you have any questions, you can always reach out to me via email at runningwifesara{at}gmail{dot}com.

Pregnancy and Running: 14 Weeks
It seems like for the most part you all wanted to see weekly updates. I was a bit torn on how to do this, but I decided to include it along with my running each week so you can see how that progresses as well. I know it will be so nice to have these to look back later...
